Castell Meat Marking Pencils are manufactured for food use from a mixture of food dye, filler, fat and wax mixture for pig, beef and sheep carcasses. The lead content complies with the legislation for meat marking (94/39/EG) and they are coated in environmental friendly water-based varnish.
