Our Sofinor disinfection cabinets are suitable for small to medium throughput processors. The French manufacturer utilises the same UVC technology as larger disinfection systems.

Sofinor cabinets are complete with germicidal lamps, designed to effectively sanitise the securely stored knives. With a choice of sizes and knife mounting systems, Sofinor cabinets can be supplied with lockable doors when required.
