Cutting Edge Poultry Loops allow quick and simple trussing of poultry or other meat products without having to tie a knot. These 8cm loops (16cm when stretched) are made from food grade rubber threads, covered in cotton or polyester with a circular knotted loop and are available in a variety of colours. Poultry loops minimises blood loss and retains weight as they do not place excessive pressure on the meat.
