Cutting Edge Poultry Bands are circular knotted loops, designed for trussing all types of poultry and small meat joints. Solid black in colour, the ties are comprised of natural rubber and covered in polyester threads. Tailored for the food industry, they are 5.5cm in length but can be stretched up to 11cm. Poultry loops avoid placing excessive pressure on the meat; they work to minimise blood loss while retaining weight.
