Product Information

Giesser Straight Knife is 16cm in length and designed for gut and tripe operations. Made from chrome-molybdenum steel, the blade straight edge allows for thick and tough cutting. Giesser blades are hand honed by master craftsmen and heat treated in a Nitrogen-filled kiln. Delivering an outstanding cutting performance, the blade features a metal tip and Bodyguard handle to provide optimum safety.
