Product Information

Giesser Straight Knife is designed for gut and tripe operations. Made from chrome-molybdenum steel, the blade straight edge allows for thick and tough cutting. Giesser blades are hand honed by master craftsmen and heat treated in a Nitrogen-filled kiln. Delivering an outstanding cutting performance and long edge life, the blade features a Bodyguard handle to provide optimum safety. Complete with a plastic tip, the knife is designed to reduce workplace injuries.
